The chronic dialysis program comprises around 170 peritoneal dialysis & 520 hemodialysis patients. Acute renal failure requiring renal support is managed between the renal high dependency ward (for non-ventilated patients)and in the intensive care units. The hospital specialises in liver transplantation, neurosurgery and bone marrow transplantation. More than 150 patients with acute renal failure are treated each year. |
