SeJoong Kim, Professor Seongnam, Gy S Korea I completed their Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. degrees at Seoul National University College of Medicine. I also completed a postdoctoral program in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan. Currently, they are working in the Nephrology Department at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital and serving as the director of the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare there. Additionally, they hold a professorship in internal medicine at Seoul National University College of Medicine. Their primary research areas include microphysiological systems, artificial intelligence, drug development, and clinical trials. They have published over 200 peer-reviewed papers and are actively involved in treating patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, hemodialysis, and kidney transplantation.
